We are not Licensed Attorneys or Certified Public Accountants and do not offer legal advice or council, but work closely with them to get you to your goals!
- Portfolio Review – We will conduct an independent evaluation of your current real estate portfolio to determine market value as well as do a deep dive on your portfolio income/expenses. At the end we will generate a report that will give you estimated market value and an action plan to increase those values and maximize the Net Operating Income and your portfolio.
- Liquidation Preparation – This takes the Portfolio Review to the next level! With these services we gain an understanding of what your goals are and how we can best position you to sell off certain assets in strategic ways that move the needle closer to the end goal. We work in close conjunction with your Accountant and Attorney on this.
- Facility Condition Assessment – This is a must-have if you’re looking to purchase or sell commercial property. Similar to an inspection, but a bit different. In the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), we assess the building’s big ticket items and at the end you will receive a report that breaks down all of the building systems, their condition, provides an estimated life span in each category, and the estimated costs to replace. This is a great negotiating tool and provides peace of mind when purchasing a new building. As a Seller, it is also valuable to provide this to a potential Buyer.

But if you’re wanting to spend some one-on-one time and create a strategic action plan to get you going in the right direction, this is for you! We will take a deep dive into understanding your personal goals and where your finances are currently at to make a plan to get you into a new investment. We will review the different ways you can invest and help you to pick out the best path for you and your life!
- Owner’s Representation Services – Real estate development and construction can be a confusing process and we are here to take the burden off of you as the owner of the project. We work in your best interest helping to hone the vision, identify the site if necessary, execute the permit/approval process, hire the contractor and architect, and see the project to completion and final walk-through. If this is a rental property, we will help advise on lease terms and negotiations as well.
